Fishing
Adventure Fishing
509-369-2366

Its “fish-on” time when you hop into one of the Zoller boy’s drift boats and chase Steelhead and Salmon June – November. Fishing is always good when you have a guide that knows every inch of the water and where the fish are hiding. Catching Salmon and Steelhead from a drift boat with the Zoller’s is a fun and personal experience as the guides only entertain a couple of clients each per day. Relaxation, beautiful scenery and hard fighting fish is the recipe for an amazing day on the river.
Golf
Beacon Rock Golf Course
800-428-5730
Nestled in the heart of the majestic Columbia River Gorge, Beacon Rock Golf Course provides all golfers everything they expect from a day at the course: a beautiful setting, excellent playing conditions, a challenge for better players to go low without being overly penal for
average and beginning players, a clubhouse to congratulate and commiserate with friends while enjoying great food and drink, at prices that bring smiles even before you tee off.
Indian Creek Golf Course
866-386-7770
Indian Creek Golf Course is situated in the beautiful Hood River Valley, surrounded by orchards and wineries. There are spectacular views of Mt. Hood to the south and Mt. Adams to the north. Views of these snow capped peaks follow you around the entire course. The club's name comes from one of three meandering creeks that pose interesting challenges on many of the holes. Even at 6150 yds the course places a premium on accurate shot making and requires some creativity as well. Eleven of the holes have water in play and provide sanctuary to a variety of wildlife. The greens are some of the best in Oregon so, once you have reached them, another challenge awaits!
Windsurfing, Boating & Kiteboarding
Hood River Waterplay
541-386-9463
In addition to their famous Windsurfing & Kiteboarding programs they have added 2 Hobie Cat Catamaran Sailboats that have become very popular. These boats are very stable, and make learning to sail a breeze. The sport of S.U.P. (Stand Up Paddleboarding) has also become a favorite activity along with the sit on top kayaks for low wind or no wind play. A jet boat is used for water skiing, wakeboarding, wake kiting, and for pulling inflatable toys that the kids just love.

We are unique because we sit in our own little valley surrounded by the majestic Cascade Mountains of Washington. Our trails wander up and down hills, through creeks and streams, and offer stunning views of the valley and Mt. Hood. Wildlife abounds, and there are frequent sightings of deer, wild turkeys and an occasional elk. We provide guided trail rides, from one to four hours depending on the stamina of your “Derriere”. The stable area has running water, bathroom facilities, a place to change, and picnic tables.
