The Pacific Crest Dining Room is an 80 seat restaurant offering a beautiful view of our garden atrium with ceiling-to-floor windows. The dining room has a reputation for exceptional cuisine, superior service, an award winning wine list, and elegant atmosphere. Seasonally changing menus and a focus on local-grown products enable Executive Chef, Shane Eagan and his culinary team to deliver an unforgettable experience.
