| Bath House Information | ||||||||||
| All bath house guests must be 18 or older and be able to enter and exit the tubs without help. | ||||||||||
| There is a separate bath house for women and men. | ||||||||||
| Each bath house has three tub rooms with four tubs in each room. | ||||||||||
| Each tub is separated from the other by privacy screens. | ||||||||||
| We have two tub sizes, a four foot and six foot tub depending on your preference. | ||||||||||
| You may wear a bathing suit if you feel more comfortable, but one is not required. | ||||||||||
| There is no alcohol allowed in the bath houses and drinking before services is strongly discouraged. | ||||||||||
| Spa Policies | ||||||||||
| All Spa guests must be 18 years or older on the day of their appointment. | ||||||||||
| All Spa guests who spend a minimum of $100 are entitled to a complimentary 3 hour pool pass. | ||||||||||
| The Spa is happy to arrange group discounts for parties of 10 or more guests. | ||||||||||
| To promote relaxation and rest, please set all electronic devices to silent while in the Spa. | ||||||||||
| All guests are asked to speak in hushed tones while in the Spa treatment area's or bath houses. | ||||||||||
| All appointments must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, even if you will pay by gift card or cash. | ||||||||||
| We have a 24 hour cancellation policy; if you do not contact the Spa at 509.427.9720 24 hours prior to | ||||||||||
| your appointment to cancel, you will be charged in full for the missed services. | ||||||||||
| If you do not return your locker key at checkout, you will be charged a $25.00 key replacement fee. | ||||||||||
