At Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa, we have a few strict policies. First, you’re required to relax and let us do all the work. And second, please leave the outside world where it belongs: outside.

In order to provide a relaxing Spa experience we do not permit pagers, cell phones or smoking anywhere in the Spa. All guests of Bonneville Hot Springs Spa are required to be 18 years of age or older, able to get in and out of the bath tubs without assistance and have no open wounds or contagious skin conditions.

Appointments: As Spa appointments are very popular, we ask that you arrive at the Spa reception desk a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and allow additional time if you plan on enjoying use of the pool or jetted soaking pools. Late arrivals will be charged the full service price and will not receive an extension of scheduled services. Reservations are required, and all guests will be asked to leave a credit card number to hold reservations. Spa services are subject to availability. In order to secure optimum availability of appointments, please make reservations several weeks in advance of your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: We require that guests provide a minimum 24-hour notice to change or cancel Spa appointments. Cancellations and/or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a charge of 50 percent of the treatment price. No notification of cancellation will result in a full charge of the treatment price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Eucalyptus: The perfect solution for the active or physical individual. A bath to ease stiff muscles and aching joints, as it soothes the respiratory system.

Heublumen (Wildflowers): This bath relaxes and soothes the body and is excellent for overall health, especially for women.

Kamille (Chamomile): Soothing for dry and sensitive skin. An excellent moisturizer, this is beneficial after sun exposure.

Lavender: Calming to the nervous system, this bath relieves tension and strengthens vitality. This is an excellent sleep inducer.

Pine: Promotes circulation in the body as it balances the nervous system. Also eases stiff muscles and aching joints.

Thalassobath and Wrap
Purifying algae bath using mineral rich seawater salt crystals and fresh dried fucus seaweed. Contains a high content of vital minerals and algae that stimulate circulation and accelerate the body’s natural rate of perspiration, assisting in detoxification.

Thermal Mineral Bath and Wrap
Remineralizing Celtic French salts contain active minerals and trace elements, which are absorbed through the skin during bathing. This bath helps detoxify and balance the body and is especially beneficial for sore muscles and aching joints.

Bonneville Hot Springs Spa features elegant bathhouses separated by gender. All of our bath and wraps are 50-minute treatments in claw foot style tubs with privacy screens. Most of our guests choose to bathe naked although bathing suits are optional.

Ultimate Relaxation Bath, Wrap & Massage
Our Chamomile bath and wrap or our Lavender bath and wrap followed by a relaxing 80-minute massage is perfect for those days when you just want to relax. This ultimate treatment also includes a foot massage followed by a warm towel foot wrap and a warm towel face wrap.

Massage:

Massage is one of the most ancient and widely practiced forms of healing on the Earth. At Bonneville, our professional licensed massage therapists are trained to work the tension from your body and soul.

Relaxation Massage
This massage uses long, rhythmic, slow strokes to relax and soothe the central nervous system. For the guest who wants to just be pampered and soothed to sleep.

Therapeutic Massage
This massage gently works adhesions and tension out of specific areas. The therapist will suggest possible stretches and exercises to reduce tension and knots. The 50- and 80-minute massages are full body massages; the 25-minute massage will focus primarily on problem areas.

Back Treatment
A deep back massage using hot and cold basalt stones to constrict and dilate the blood vessels with less tissue trauma. This is a low impact, deep massage.

A relaxing massage especially for mothers-to-be by our specially trained pregnancy massage therapists. A body cushion or pregnancy pillow is available for your comfort. We require that all mothers-to-be are past their 1st trimester or have a doctor’s written release to have massage before their 2nd trimester.

Rock N’ Rain Signature Massage
Try our Bonneville Hot Springs Spa Signature Massage. Six therapeutic essential oils are delivered down the spine in the Raindrop Technique, and then massaged in with warm basalt rocks followed by a full body massage.

Sports Massage
For athletes this is a slightly deeper treatment that uses more stretches and requires client participation for passive and resistive exercises. For comfort and cover, when doing stretches, please wear shorts that won’t bind or pull.

Raindrop Technique
Eight different therapeutic essential oils are utilized in this treatment to attack the dormant bacteria and viruses found in the spine. A gentle, relaxing, yet amazing technique to relax the muscles and restore energy to the entire body.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on technique used to evaluate and enhance the function of the cranio-sacral system. Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the theory that zones of the feet correspond to specific areas of the body, this unique therapy focuses entirely on the feet. You will have the option of starting your session with a relaxing hot towel wrap followed by the reflexology session and then application of a self-heating mud that will help soften and restore minerals to the feet.

Reiki
Reiki is a wonderful technique used for relaxation and stress reduction, resulting in an overall sense of peace and calm. It is not a spiritual system that would interfere or conflict with any religious belief. It is a simple method of directing collected energies for the purpose of healing. Full Spectrum Light Therapy
Just 20 minutes of Full Spectrum Light will help balance your circadian rhythms. When we don’t get enough sunlight, our system gets off balance and we will experience depression, sadness, and a general “off kilter”. This is also known as Seasonal Affective Disorder. Full Spectrum Light Therapy is one proven way to help fight it.

A 15-minute bath including the oil of your choice, followed by an exfoliation, and a mud or seaweed wrap depending on your body’s needs.

After this delightful body scrub, your skin will be silky, soft, refreshed and glowing. We’ll start with a complete loofah dry brush after which you’ll be exfoliated to heavenly perfection with our salt scrub made of coconut, ginger and finely ground dead sea salt. After showering we’ll apply a softening blend of coconut oil.
